We are always looking to expand and add other like-minded people who specialize in email migrations.  Get in touch with me at rob.walton@emailmigrations.com   and let me know your skills and background.  We can then discuss your application further.   We do not formally employ people in any way, but by collaborating amongst ourselves, we get more consultancy work than acting alone.   To join, all the current migration experts within the emailmigrations.com collective will need to give their approval.

You do not need to be available for work all the time, but you do need to actively collaborate with the other migration experts.
